FINISHING CHASING THE LEAKS
OP Test shows no leaks. now the Power Steering is another story, I found a nasty score in the power steering ram shaft which I believe scratched the seal that it leaks, it 3 months old.
And on the power steering pump I found liquid metal around the center suction (low pressure side). It is unclear if the leak is from the low side or discharge (high pressure) side. The leak has residue everywhere and I scratched up the surface and applied more liquid metal (keep in mind I did not do the original fix, that was a new pump 2 years ago and the engine repair guys must have applied it when they saw a leak when reinstalling the new motor) I'm assuming it's from the original low pressure side so didn't remove the hi pressure side to apply teflon tape to see if it's leaking from there since I didn't want to lose all the fluid for a waste of time.
Pictue sucks but if you look close you can see the liquid metal around the suction side.
Also P.S. used crokus cloth to clean up the shaft but I fear it is too late for the seal.
