Thanks for the "heads up." Cancer has affected my life, as with so many others, greatly.
I know we've all heard the stories of people fighting cancer, I can't begin to imagine how horrible it must feel to watch a close friend or relative go through the fight. Possibly the worst thing that can happen to a person.

Looks like a great cause. My wife and I help support the American Cancer Society by raising money for this local "walk-a-thon" event here. I know they are also involved with breast cancer research, and cures for other types as well.
I was just diagnosed with prostate cancer, but it was caught very early and I should be just fine after my May 6th surgery. I strongly suggest any of you men reading this get a "PSA" test done on your blood every couple of years or so once you get 40 or over, it could save your life. Let go it can spread to your bones through the lymph nodes.
