Steering wheel?
Does anyone know where i can get a doeskin steering wheel for my 79? I ordered one from corvette central a couple of months ago and they put me off and now they say July. Mid America is out and Ecklers doesnt have them. Thanks.......LT

I don't think it's deerskin, but I bought a very nice leather steering wheel from MAD and I'm quite happy with it. It has a thicker grip and a better feel than the skinny, stock wheel that originally came with my '69.

Chuck Pelton here on the forum will restore your steering wheel to new condition. Mine is perfect that he did. He also does them for the major corvette companies too I believe.
