Re: Quick: Need help choosing pushrods... not the length (phoenix)
Check out Trick Flow 1 piece 4130 chrome molly heat treated push rods. .080" wall thickness for $54.00 at Summit. Available in various lengths of 3/8 and 5/16. They were the cheapest ones I found that compared to the big $$$$ manufacturers. I also needed .100 over for my valve train.

I had those ball type pushrods and they were wearing down on me, same thing happened with another forum member, not sure why. I went out and bought a set of CC Magnum rods and have not had a problem since, twice as expensive but solved the problem :D

That sounds like a great value on those pushrods. Seems everything I hear about TrickFlow is good news. I'm really leaning tward their G2 Twisted Wedge heads for my future motor.
There are bound to be some bad experiances with them out there (like the early valve guide wear issues with improperly set up Twisted Wedge heads) but everthing I've heard from a non-bubba has been positive about their stuff.
I don't think you could go wrong with those
