Default control arm shaft vs poly bushing

ends of my control arms are .735 in. radius and the id of the poly metal sleeve that fits over shaft is .745 in. Thus the .010 in. gives a little slop BEFORE I crank down the bushing retainer bolt and washer. Energy Susupension says not to worry cause the serrated ends of the sleeve will bite the shaft and washer and never move. Energy says their sleeve is in spec. at .745 in. Can't find out what the shaft should be. Should I worry about the a-arm moving that .010 in. on the shaft ends when I corner hard or hit a bump? :banghead:

I haven't measured the diameters before but i know that they are a very tight fit. I would not worry about it. The sleeve does bit the shaft and won't move like they said.

Just remember when you install the a-arms do not tighten the ends of the shafts until they are installed in the car. If you tighten them before your car will sit high. I don't know if your engine is in or not either but if it is not in the car don't tighten the ends until the engine is sitting in the car. Good luck.
