Eckler's Flex Fit Front Bumpers
My front bumper is finally completely junk. I think next time I drive it, the bumper will blow into pieces with all the cracks. I found out its not the original and was replaced by a cheap aftermarket urethane bumper. Obviously I don't want to go back to that option so I'm looking into the Flex Fit bumper by Eckler's. Has anybody been lucky with these fitting easily to their vette? I think I can buy the bumper, but I wouldn't be able to afford to have a lot of body work done to get the bumper to fit. Any info or advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

from what i've heard, the flex fit bumpers (espescially the front) are easier to fit than the solid fiberglass ones...i have fiberglass on the front and rear of my '74...i didn't mount them up though, my freind did it (he owns a body shop) I have heard nothing but good things about Ecklers Fiberglass products. (i purchased my front bumper from J&D corvette and my Rear from a local vendor, both fit fine but required tweaking) good luck

We've used them. They are OK. You have to some minor things but than again everything that is fiberglass needs a little work to fit right.
