power door locks on '79

Default power door locks on '79
Can anyone give me some ideas as to trouble shooting these? They aren't listed w/ the fuses in the owners manual, but everything else works so I'm assuming it is'nt a fuse. Where do I start? :confused:

Check the 20 amp CTSY CLK fuse in the center of the fuse block third row from the bottom. Factory alarm and door locks are on the circuit.

Sometimes, the actuators burn out. Mine did on the passenger's side. I removed it and now the driver's side works again.
