The higher the pressure the higher the boiling point of coolant, as long as the rest of you system can handle it. If you are sure of the condition on your radiator, heater core, hoses, ect. you could raise your pressure otherwise I would stay with the stock 15# cap.

When I had my car at Van Steel , they found my old cap to be malfunctioning. They replaced it with a 16#. Seems to run about 10-20 degrees cooler.
I ordered a Stewart stage 2 pump and modified t-stat today as my waterpump is making a little rattling noise. While I was checking out the posts, I found that Stewarts recommends straight water with Prestone rust inhibitor for non- freezing areas.
