Hey Liz - It's a Vert!!!! The top is only supposed to be up if it's raining!!!
i totally agree! EXCEPT....we were going into a restaurant with no windows, and it was only about 1 hour til dark. also, note that it is in the very last spot in the lot, er make that two spots. :) and the top came back down as soon as we came back out. :yesnod:
