Probably any parts store can get you one, but probably for the most "correct and best fitting" would be to get an exact replacement one from an AC Delco jobber.

I have a brand new 75 radiator for a manual L82 car. the rad hose tube is bent. I never took it out of the box,I saw the tube when I open the end flap. I was going to have a rad shop fix or replace it, but never did. IM if you're interested, I think I paid $300 for it.
