I'm planning to start the project this week. How many hours should it take. The goal is to make either the BG or Hot Rod tours.

It took me about an half an hour to install my headers, but it took me 2 hour to get my old baffles out. rusted in. well worth it . I love the sound.
I was thinking about taking them back off and drilling some holes in the ends, makem just a bit louder :chevy

74- have some help round when you do the header install, it's not real hard you just have to take your time and think it out.
Larry- use a dremel and cut the welds on the end caps and just remove that, worst that can happen is you don't like it and put the caps back on.
