Default Preping for Interior Painting?

I just got my paint and gloss finish. I plan on repainting the plastic parts. Should a good cleaning of these parts be good enough before painting or should I of also bought the Plastic Prep stuff and the Flexible Bonding Clear?

Thanks

Clint

I guess I should probably use it, Any good brands that I can find locally? I don't want to have to wait a week for an order.
