Do one side at a time and use anti-seaze compound on new or old bolts to facilitate removal the next time...i.e. frame off restoration. Directions that come with parts should be all the info you need. You may want to spray bolts now with penetrating oil to make removal easier this weekend.

If you can easily get the old bolts out - then it should be a breeze.
One side at a time is Ok - but loosen all 8 bolts first.
Getting the old bolts out sux.
very lucky = they come out
so/so = they snap off
unlucky = too rusted to get a wrench on
My 75 had all snapped/spun/or rotted away.
My 70 had them all come out with a 1/2" ratchet !!!
