looking for some decent performance tires for my 71 270/350, original owner car, now have Goodyear Eagle GTs, looking for something better, woulo like to stay with original 70 series tires for OEM purposes, thanks for the help

I ran the 235/75/15's from Goodyear on the rear of mine for a while. I personally think the 255/60/15's from BFG, Firestone, Dunlop, Kumho or Pirelli are better.
For 70/75 series you don't have a few choices. You can get the Goodyears, Michelin, BFG, Firestone, Dunlop or Yoko.'s.
Click on the link "tires" on the left tool bar, listed under Corvette Mall. It will take you to Tire Rack. Another good place I like to look is http://www.tires.com - Discount tires, they are the local tire shop of choice out here.
