Key Warning Buzzer Switch
I ordered part number 41560 from Ecklers ,this is the new switch but it is half the size of the origonal and won't fit. The other GM part number on the package is GM # 7804414. Did Ecklers screw up and put their part number on the wrong GM part. The catalog says this switch is for a 69 - 78 and my car is a 74.

Tilt/tele switches are different than standard column switches. I assume you're talking about the clear plastic gizmo with 2 brass prongs that goes in the column. Chuck

GM part number 7804414 is the key warning switch for a 1969 through 1979 standard (non-adjustable) steering column. Eckler's should have labeled it as for the standard column.
The switch for the T&T is not available from GM and is very hard to find. You might try CorVette Steering Service, Dr. Rebuild, or Steering Column Galore Inc.

I checked the Ecklers catalog again and i think your right they show the key buzzer switch but they don't stipulate that its for a standard column.The switch i need is clear plastic and twice the size as the standard one. :(
