Congrats Steve.
I don't know anyone that would be unhappy with a boy or girl, but it's nice to
have a boy for carrying on the name. 2boys here - and we are DONE.
Too bad you're not closer. I might be able to swing a visit into my work. We
make ultrasound systems. I design the chips inside. We do all kinds of cool
stuff, like 3D image building. I'll try and post an example tomorrow.
There's a link in my sig, if you're interested. You carry our system in your pocket.
Like Paul said, Good luck with a healthy, problem free pregnancy.
PS - Everyone send me an email that's having a baby, so I can make
you a free custom Corvette baby bib.
:seeya
Congrats Steve. Just wait until the little guy is actually here. If you don't have any kids yet, you can't comprehend the feeling that comes with being a parent. It's simply awesome. :yesnod:
That weird, my wife and I went to the 2nd sonogram and found out that we are having another boy this Oct. His BIG brother (3 1/2) is sooo excited.
Congratulations
Hey..me too! Another boy due 10/18. The 1st will be 4 on 7/15.
Now this is starting to get strange........our due date is 10/18 also.......can you say Twilight Zone?????
Dave - Thats is really nice. I'll send you an e-mail from home (at work right now, what else is there to do at work but surf the Forum?) and I'll pay for shipping. BTW How far are you from Albany, NY....may be moving soon.
Thanks for all the kind words of incouragement. This is my first and I would be lying if I said I wouldn't scared, but also excited at the same time. Seems like this is all I think about anymore! Thanks again everybody and congrats on you new and soon to be fathers!

My wife being diabetic, we needed to have Csections done (per docs suggestion).
We were able to choose a day within a 1 week window. We chose to have my first son 'born' on MY birthday !!
John: Albany is probably a couple hours drive from me. Shipping ? No. It'll
be an envelope in the US mail. Don't worry about it. That's my point - when
the baby comes, you will have much more important things to worry about.
Enjoy your sleep for now.
