Default Choke Light
The choke light located within the Tach of my 1980 L-48 checks good when turning the ignition switch, but never illuminates when the choke is engaged. Is this light a warning light, telling me the choke is bad. Or is it supposed to illuminate anytime the choke is applied?

I've had this car for five years and have always wondered?

i think that light will come on if you loose electrical power to the electric choke. :chevy
