Turn signal help

ok here's my dilema now, i hit the turn signal left / right, nothing happens or flashes... but i hit the brakes and both turn arrows inside light up green... which turn singals outside are suppose to flash front/ back, so i knwo which light bulbs to check for current, etc

Ground problem...........I would guess a wire has worn somewhere, and is shorting to a legit ground.

but when i hit the brakes are the turn signal indicators suppose to light up?

John,

Welcome to my world. :cry I am troubleshooting the electrical system in mine right now. I agree that it sounds like a ground issue. You also may want to check the flasher and see if it is still good. I turn my lights on and both green arrows light up. :mad

It's also worth a shot to check all of your bulbs. Make sure the two filament bulbs still have two filaments!
