The IDF doesn't nearly flow as much as the IDA, if you are going to bust your wallet I recommend getting the IDA. What kind of IDF's are they? 48 (I just sold 4 48IDF-'s) Also, there's a difference between the 48 IDA 70 and the 3/150 , if you get them make sure they're the 7 (or70.. same thing) series. http://www.racetep.com/48ida.html
Not sure, it should be able to rev way over 6500 but I won't need revs to make power and my current engine isn't built for revs. My system has 45mm DHLA Dellorto's, kind of similar to ramfires 45mm DCOE Webers. Ramfires stuff IS running and running good. maybe he can give some input on the revs. Remember, our systems are for smallblocks. Side drafts on a big block would call for 48 or 500 mm carbs.
