Tip for droopy lights!
The other day, for no apparent reason, one of my headlights would not come all the way up. With a mechanics stethescope and vacuum gauge I could tell there was a leaking diaphragm at the actuator (just next to the headlight). Thinking that the diaphragm in the actuator must have dried out, I sprayed a small mist of silicone oil into the vacuum hose connected to the actuator. Although I can still hear a slight leak with my stethescope, the light pulls all the way up now.

Replacing the seal itself is no big deal. The hardest part is getting the actuator out. I just rebuilt mine this spring and now the lights pop up and down quickly.
