I spent a few hours at the information booth Friday, the attendance at the show was very good. One of the "Gold" staff told me the attendance was as good or better than any single day they have seen in the past. Apparently the Chevy show didn't hurt the attendance very much? The show runs through Sunday, I hope some of you have a chance to get there. I will be back at the info booth on Sunday from 10:00 to 1:00, hope to see you!

I am on call for work this weekend, but my dad is down there. Hope he brings me back some parts from the swap meet. :D

It sure would be wierd to see a swap meet at a country club.

Bloomington is a great show. I've been a couple of times, but not in the last few years. I highly recommend it.

How do the number of vendors in the swap meet compare to last year? I thought last year was a disappointment compared to previous years- probably because it was the first year at Pheasant Run. Also, this year, the content of the workshops doesn't seem to be as good as last year as well. It'll probably take several years to build up to the previous level at the new location.

I was at the show last year, and I believe there are many more vendors there this year. Tomorrow I'll have a chance to check out a few more things and I have a bit of a shopping list (was kind of dissapointed last year with my shopping list). I can't really say what I think about content of the workshops as I have no experience from attending one, but there sure is plenty to see. I heard that many of the workshops "sold out" and could not accomodate everyone wanting to attend.
