Ok the problem seems to be that the part of the frame that the is underneath(horizontally) the bolts that hold the caliper has either come up or the caliper part(vertical) has somehow sustained a blow and come down. That is the reason why the socket won't fit. I verified this by checking the side i dont need to fix and it holds true. So how do i unbend my frame  . Sorry i can;t post a pic until sunday, my dads gone on a business trip and he took the digital cam with him.
I use an impact ratchet wrench on mine. Because air tools kind of "bang" at the bolt, it breaks tehm loose without stripping. In other cases I have gotten a 12"breaker bar on them, but clearance is tight, so it is sometimes hard to manuver. :smash: :mad :smash: :mad
?? Has the caliper bracket moved? That's weird, it's held by the 4 hub studs. It's also a cast piece, it does not bend (but breaks easily) something sound very wrong here.
I don't have a pic w/ the stock caliper on but this should give you an idea.
NOTE! The bolts that hold the bracket are not stock, normally the 4 studs on the trailing arm go through there.
