Distributor - remember that the dist must have RPM gauge drive. That's the tricky one.
If your existing dist is fresh, ignitor I or II can be a choice to go electronic.
Can't see any problem with wiring, just follow the instructions.

Another congrats on the new car!
I have done the HEI conversion on my 69 BB and I recommend you spend the money and buy the tach drive HEI ($530). This will save you the hassle of removing the dash, drilling out tach face, and making a tach filter. It can be done, I did it, but looking back I wish I had not pulled the dash. However, you need to make sure the tach drive cable is lubed well, or it will eventually start stripping gears.
