Desk Top Dyno !
hey guys just got my bbc in my 79 and i did a dyno test on it with :
: 454 bored 30 over
: large port closed chamber factory heads
: fully ported 225 Int 188 Exh
: 11:1 Forged pistons
: Comp XR286R Mech Roller
: Duration-286 Int 292 Exh
: Max lift- .653 Int .660Exh
: Sep- 110 deg.
: holley strip dominator manifold
: 2 1/8" super comp headers
: 775 cfm race demon carb
the dyno says i have 702 hp at 6500rpm and 631 torq at 5000rpm i am pleased with the car i am taking it to the local drag strip wednsday

good luck at the strip. Looks like you need more carb tho. I dont think you would make anywhere near 700HP with those heads
