You could try to get a used one at a swap meet. I bought an old Qjet for $10, all I wanted were the rods. Only place I have found for new parts is:

Boof, tried Carbs unlimited, they don't have it and they also told me no one makes them either, so it looks like I'm scavaging.

I went to a guy who worked on carbs and he had a million of 'em. I'll bet there's somebody near you like that. If not, you can get qjets real cheap on ebay--some go for as little as $5 + shipping.

BTW, be sure to buy the right one if you order it from somewhere. Earlier qjets had the pin on the bottom, later ones had the pin on the side.
