Default What are these heads?

Can someone shed some light as to what these heads are supposed to be please? They are on a 383 engine I bought last week and are claimed to be "Smogger heads" which means not a lot to me. The numbers on them reads 333882 and at present reported to be running at 12:1 compression on Avgas. I won't be using them myself, but I was wondering if they might be of use to someone else.
Thanks

882 heads are 76cc open chamber smog (low compression) heads, they are not very good for power. They were succeeded by the even worse thin csating 462624 head.

Thanks Marck. I suspected they weren't anything special just shaved for more compression. My new AFR's should make a reasonable difference than these then hopefully.
