79- window regulator question
Guys,
It seems that my window regulator gear lost a couple teeth. I notice that the regulator is rivoted to the door. What do you guys do in order to reattach the regulator once you pop out the rivots??? Any suggestions or advice??

You can pop rivet them back or use bolts with locking nuts. If your replacing the unit then most replacements come with nuts welded to the regulator.
If you have electric windows then you will also need to replace the motor/regulator drive gear and bushing.
