Nice ride, my 1st vette was a 76.:cool: I would not cut the dash myself. I plan on hiding a cd player in the jack compartment of mine.

If your concerned about orginality I'm sure you can pick up an orginal tail light at Carlisle. Think of it as a treasure hunt. I make a list every year of the parts I need and can usually find them at there.
