1973 I need help to identify part...
Hi guys...
I need you help..
On my steering column there appears to be a capacitor that is silver in color and is numbered 801249 @ .5 MF. It has a single black wire connecting to it that is 2 inches long and has a connector that connects to another black wire that goes into the cars wiring harness.
The holder for this item is on the steering column...
I can see pictures of it in service manual and the assembly manual, but neither says what it does and what it is for.
Any ideas?
