Gauge Mounting?
I bought a new oil pressure and temp. gauge to put in and I cannot find a place to mount them. I tried getting one of those pilar gauge pods but it is way too wide. Any ideas on fabbing something up or what have others done in the past?

How about in the center console in place of the original gauges? In fact, you could change all the gauges to the stand alone autometers or something if you want. I've seen it done with good results.

I was going to try that but taking all that apart seems to be a lot of work and the gauges look tightly set up with the wiring. I cant even get the top panel off.
