What to look for? Blue w/ blue interior, T-tops w/ no leaks, 60K, AT, paint is decent, but will need a re-paint, slight seat wear, fires up, sounds good...
Any particulars to look for with this year?? Thanks for any help
BTW, appears to be all stock condition :D
First thing I'd consider is where you live and do you have smog laws and such that could limit the driving of this car. All '75s had smog and catalytic converters. You may have to have this stuff for emission testing where you live to put license plates on it. Next, I'd check the usual areas for rust & rot, typically the frame at the kick-ups near the rear and the windshield pillar roof posts. I'd also check to see what was done with the brake calipers and the rear wheel bearings-if no attention was given to this area, YOU will be giving it attention!!!($$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$) :yesnod:
My guess is down there in Arizona rust is not a major issue, but you want to be sure of that, probably the most important thing. Everything else can be fixed.

Does the seller give a money back guarantee if the tops leak???
Paint job will cost $$$$ match price with 75's in similar condition, numbers matching or not???
Hey Tony, some of your best ACE buddies are C3 drivers, and this is how you tell us your thinking of buying into the dark side....
As was said, look for rust, (it might not be an original AZ vette) make sure all the smog equipment is there, and that it doesn't look like there has been any major mod's done to it.
The paint is a minor issue, it's just gonna fade again anyway.
I just noticed the 75 year had 2 blue colors. The "Steel Blue" was the most rare with only 1,268 produced. "Bright Blue" was the 3rd most rare with 2,269. Total production numbers were 40,606, so this car could be somewhat rare.
Thanks for the input..
I'm not buying, a relative is. Car is from Ohio. I'm keeping my C5 Dwayne :D I needed to let him know what to look for that may be particular to these years! From the description of it..so far sounds like a good car that's been kept in shape!
