Driving impressions:
In a word - AWESOME!
The Steeroids RP is smooth and precise. It does not have the internal friction that the OE recirc ball had so it feels very different - in a positive way.
The Hydroboost provides brakes like I've never experienced before - short pedal throw = incredible grip and very short stops.
The dual Spal fans with the ZWEDE controller is very cool. Low speed easily handles cooling loads most of the time. The high speed is rarely on.
The serp conversion looks cool and works fine - don't know that it does anything for performance.
The 17" wheels and Bridgestone tire grip like crazy and ride very smoothly. I felt a very noticeable difference in ride quality and cornering performance.
After these upgrades, I don't need no stinkin C5!

After 6 months on jack stands, my 71 roadster finally rolled again late yesterday.
Lesson learned:
Don't tackle too many projects at one time
Don't expect new parts to fit
......
Expect to spend twice as much money and three times as much time as you originally thought it would take.
