Default ZZ 454 ???

Greenwood Chev. lists a ZZ 454/440 h.p. on their website.

It appears to be a 454 H.O. with alum oval port heads installed. It also appears that the H.O. cam stays. Price is I believe $5500. H.P. is listed as 440 and torque remains 500.

Does anyone know if this is a new GM offering or something that Greenwood is doing themselves?

Why not put the ZZ502 cam in it while they were at it???

Just thought I'd bring it to your attention.

Regards, Mark :flag :chevy

I bleve it's a GM product. There's one in my Pace (or is it SDPC?) catalog.

That engine choice would make it harder to decide on an engine from GM. For $200.00 less dollars you could get the 502HO which has 450 ponnies and more torque, but doesn't have the light weight heads. :yesnod:
