It started fine this morning, got to work, tried to leave at lunch and it clicked as if the battery were dead, so I tried to jump it, same result.
I borrowed a car to take care of my business, then this, when I tried to get home, the first time I tried to start it, it clicked at me, so I went inside to call a ride, then came back out to try one last time before I get my wife to drive over and get me... and it worked.
WTF is wrong with my car this time?????? Any help please?????
Kind of sounds like the solenoid in the starter went bad to me. New starter should fix it, but you can usually have yours tested for free at a local parts store if you pull it out. They can tell you for sure.

Re: My car won't start... (mnow)
If its the solenoid you can buy one for a small price versus the whole starter. replacing the solenoid is not too bad of a job. Just as easy to do as replacing the starter.
