check out the help forum for details, but...
1) get the pict on the web
2) when typing the msg, click the "Image" button and put the link to the picture within the brackets
best to just check out the Help foum, its there...

:iagree: The only thing is to make sure where you have them posted that they support outside viewing of the pics. Some sites won't let you. :cheers:

If I remember correctly Carl Geo Cities does NOT allow outside viewing. There are several that do. I use http://www.cardomain.com :cheers:

Jack71 e-mail me and I will walk you through it with photo host, It's free! You up load the pictures to photo host and then you can put them on the forum.
