I picked up my rear suspension parts form my powdercoater today. They do nice work. It is cheaper to powdercoat then to paint them myself. After you figure your time preping, and the cost of etch, sealer, primer and paint. Not counting redoing it over if something happened. Here are a couple pics. They can do any color, custom and graphics. Very nice work. They can also do fiberglass and plastic, and carbon fiber.
They also do mail order. No website yet
contact me if interested.

Re: powder coating (Twin_Turbo)
Red x's.
Anyway, when I have my front-end rebuilt, I'm going to have my upper and lower a-arms powder coated. My VBP 460 coils came powder coated. It should look good when finished.
yeah, because no remote linking is allowed from that site, right click > properties > copy url and paste. When opening all 4 you will be able to see them later because it's loaded from cache. When you copy the url you can see the pics.
He did not get any paint in the splines or the grooves, as they were masked off. It is really a process called liquid powdercoating. You can do a ot more then you can with regular powdercoat. it is a lot more user friendly.
I picked that color because that was what was the color after I cleaned them up, the left side had been replaced, but the right side had never been touched, and it was that color grey. I like to brighten the undercarriage up a little. I hate everything being dark.
Hey, that looks great. I love freshly painted parts and powder coated parts are the best. The durability and shine is just awesome. Those are going to look really good on the car.
liquid powdercoat? if it ain't no powder it ain't no powdercaoting :D
I don't really get what you mean, sounds to me like it's a 2 component epoxy paint that you mean, it gets real durable and tough and it's available on that grayish color, have used it before on transmission of another car.
It is a liquid powdercoat, not 2 part epoxy, it doesn't have to have as much heat as reg powdercoat, which is freeze dried. This system has been around for bout a year or so. the Spray gun you use cost a lot of $$$.It is also what he use ON Fiberglass.
