Owning a boat myself I have been witness to many screw ups at the ramp. The reason I don't help is the same reason in the story. People hold you responsible. Plus the thought of getting myself hurt. Never ceases to amaze me the stupidity of some people. The really good ones are the arguements between husband and wife.

Wow I never realized how unpopular jet skiers were. I enjoy canoing and usually curse every time one of those guys go flying past but there seems to be a lot of hate on that site for them. Could you imagine how that guy feels especially if it was his dads car :boxing

I had an old Lemans GTO with 321 rear gears....Chevelle 12 bolt, posi of course....and used to embarrass the HELL out of other folks with it's towing ability....that car could haul some butt, and it didn't matter what it was....
long as that posi dug in, whatever was behid that car was drug right along....
ramp be damned.....
I think that ramp was at lo tide and he back of the end of the ramp....

Pretty sure that guy is on the C5 forum section. I remember seeing a yellow C5 sig with jetski hooked to the back.
