Default '68-'72 bulkhead connector question

Do the 2 bulkhead connectors that plug into the firewall/fusebox and just below the power brake booster simply "pull" out of the firewall/fusebox? Or are there screws or other fasteners that hold them in place? Does the fusebox need to be unfastened from the inside floorpan in order to disconnect these bulkhead connectors? Llooks to me like leaving the fusebox fastened to the floorpan would be favorable in removing the connectors, right? I don't want to yank on the bulkhead connectors too hard if they have some sort of fasteners holding them in place.

There is one 3/8 hex head bolt in the center of the connectors on the engine side.

The engine wiring harness connector slides into the forward lamp harness connector. After disconnecting the bolt and disengaging the connector from the firewall, you can pull the two connectors apart.
