got my new carb today
So after weeks of trying to get the engine running smooth with my quadrajet, I gave in and bought a new carb. I got an edelbrock 600cfm electric choke for my 350. The guy at the store screwed up and sould it to me for the price of a manual choke, which was great. from the first time I started it up it ran smooth as a puring cat. With Very Little adjustment it ran great. Tomorrow it goes into the shop to get painted. Its gona be black in a couple of days. hopefully ill post some before and after pics. :steering:

I have the 625 CFM Carter version on my truck - I like it, very nice and tuneable......
but I don't have to tune it nearly as much as a Holley.
