IN ORDER TO REPLACE OUTSIDE DOOR HANDLES AND REPLACE DOOR MIRRORS,
DO YOU HAVE TO REMOVE GLASS??????????

you do not have to remove the glass to replace the handle- Im not sure about the mirror, but I dont think so. The handle is held in by two bolts that are difficult to get out and back in - this is not a fun job. do a search for door handle and you will find plenty of info on it.
