Give me a chunk of aluminum and a good lathe and I will make any pulley within an hour. Give me a mill and dividing head and I will make that pulley look like a blower pulley or something really fancy/complicated. Make all my own pulleys out of chunks of aluminum that the university test 50 caliper bullets on. They shoot down the middle and I make pulleys with the part left over.
