Lars Grimsrud in Colorado.
He has helped countless people on this forum and is extremely well qualified.
Also started the carburetor loan program at no charge to users. He fixes your carburetor without breaking your wallet in the process.
I am sending my carburetor to him in the next week for my 68 restoration.
I paid someone else $250.00 to rebuild it, it is in mint condition but it isn't going on my car until Lars checks it out and gives it his tune-up and final OK.
Money well spent in my opinion.

Have you considered rebuilding it yourself? Lars has posted a lot of info on these carbs. I rebuilt mine (much thanks to Lars) and it is working great now. The downside is that for like a month I lost sleep trying to get it adjusted and jetted properly. I don't drive my car in the winter so that month wasn't lost driving time. The up side of it all is that the knowledge and experience I have gained about my carb make chicks really dig me. :D
