Ok, here is my question:
What size tire can one install on a -72 coupe - without any mods / hammering.
...widest-lowest profile-largest diameter...
...on what size wheel?

Its from groovyjays website, 20" wheels are about as big as i've seen. That a little bit too much wheel for me, but to each his own.

Yeah, I'd say 20" is probably the biggest you could go for wheel size. Probably anything larger than about a 295mm would require flares...wait I recall a couple guys running widths in the low 300s though, but man, that's a big tire!
