I don't think so, but you can order Hooker headers directly from JetHot already coated. I think the Hooker coating is considered generally inferior to JetHot's.

You're right about that.....I have Hooker Comp Ceramic Coated Headers....they're rusted on the Ceramic Coated side at the bends.... I would go with the Jet Hot coating.....Or buy cheap headers and change them out as they rust next time....What a waste of money....they do not keep under hood temp down either. It's all smoke and mirrors........ :cuss

Hooker brand coatings are applied in Mexico.
Jet Hot is USA all the way.
That is all.

Here's a pic of a set of used Hooker Ceramic coated Super comps. I don't know how old they are though.

My advice would be to buy them uncoated. Trial fit them to see if any modifications are needed, then send them out to get them coated. My experience with Hooker Super Comps on my big block was that they came too close to the idler arm for comfort. I welded in a relief (Bubba could use a hammer--same thing) and then sent them out for recoating. If you're interested I could send you the name of a guy here in Michigan that can do them. The job he did on mine is one of the best ceramic coating jobs I've ever seen!! The coating shines like chrome plating. He has contract with a number of Cobra kit car manufactures for doing all of their sidepipes. He charged me $230 for the pair of big block headers.

I'd be interested in that guy's number. Sending my headers and sidepipes to Jet Hot is going to cost ~$270+shipping both ways. How does his coating compare to the Jet Hot satin? Guaranteed?
Thanks alot.
Thanks alot.

I got a quote from Jet Hot for $983 for a new set of headers and pipes (no mufflers). Thats with the forum discount. Does that sound about right?

Hooker only coats the outside of the headers whereas Jet-Hot does inside and out. Check out http://www.Airborncoatings.com. I had them do mine and it was cheaper and better than a pair I had Jet-Hot do.
