Default HELP me decode a block stamp number

I am looking into buying a supposed 1963 327 motor the numbers stamped on the block are one of the following combinatoons FIII53 or F11153 or FIII35 or lastly F11135 If anyone can help me with decoding the stamps and telling me a value of the running motor please email me or reply here. 63 stamped assembly dates and suffixes have the following format. FXXYYZZ, where F is for Flint, Michigan, XX is the month, YY is the day of the month, and ZZ is the suffix.

Example: F0212RD--- Flint, Feb. 12 RD

The codes for 63 are RC, RD, RE, RF, SC, and SD.

RC 250HP manual, RD 300HP manual, RE 340HP manual, RF 360HP manual, SC 250HP automatic, SD 300HP automatic.

SO...something is not correct with the numbers you have posted. Often the letter I is used in place of the number 1 Chuck
