Default About to turn the key...

Okay my month of waiting is about to come to a head... I am nervous as caca... :nonod: Any last few things I should triple check before I turn the key? Dont hold back.

Assuming you have done a major rebuild and have "pre-oiled" the engine, filled all of the fluids, then the only thing left to do is turn the key and keep it at 2000 -3000 RPM for 20 min. Watch the water temp and oil pressure to be sure all is normal. Have an assistant check topside and under the car for any fluid leaks while your breaking in the cam. If you didn't replace the cam, forget the cam break in procedure.

I don't believe that break-in procedure is necessary for a roller cam either.
