L81 Specifications?
I'm trying to help a friend figure out the stock engine specs on his 81.
The two pieces of information we are missing is the specs on the camshaft, and the specs on the heads.
If anyone could post the info or a link, it would be greatly appreciated :thumbs:

not sure if this is what your after but here goes
camshaft journal diameter 1.8682 to 1.8692 in
end play 0.004 to 0.012 in
cant find anything on cylinder heads only valve specs and compression ratios if you want that info let us know sorry couldnt be more help

I've had a hard time myself finding specs on the L81 :lol:

Here's some stuff from the GM restoration package. I believe this is the info you are looking for. If you can't read it, let me know and I will email you it in a bigger file.
