Default Norval, my apologies

In case you didn't read it in the suspension thread I want to apologize for any ill will or offenses I may have caused. I hadn't noticed your edit showing your displeasure and I certainly don't want to start any arguments.

Your opinions and ideas are welcome. You obviously put a lot of thought into these subjects and multiple viewpoints are what make discussions worthwhile. Please accept my apology.

Eric

No problem burners. I have done extensive work to my front end this past summer with more to come this winter. From the steering box on down there is not one stock piece in my steering and even the box received extensive reworking. I have acheived almost zero bump steer down from 2.25 toe in at 3 inches rise.
Even a new mustang showed 3/4 inch toe in at 3 inch rise.
My rear coil overs are giving me fits. I have made 5 different lower mounts for the trailing arm, finished welding in 2 different designs then found a problem and had to cut it off again .
For the top I spend 2 1/2 hours welding in a new upper mount, reinforced the frame just to spend the next night cutting it out and grinding it smooth.
I hang around a stock car shop with some really good guys and they are constantly grilling me on suspensions, teaching me that is by asking questions then letting me think for a few days then come back with an answer. I feel I have a pretty good understand of our front ends and know now that I could go under any C3 vet and cut the pump steer in 1/4 with just a few modifications. Our front end really suck.
I have not been hanging around the forum as much lately so I didn't see this post until now.
Thank you for taking the time and making sure no feels were hurt.
Have a good day burner and good luck with your suspension.
