Re: 79 vert on ebay (corvettemaster)
Looks nice, I like the smooth body without lines (have done the same to my car), only thing is the rear looks warped a bit (especially on the underside) and the nose looks like it's crooked or is that how those retrofit later style noses look (I never really liked those). All in all, that''s a pretty sweet car.

I'd be more inclined to believe the mileage quote if the engine compartment were not as 'stripped' looking. I have a hard time believing 30k miles...

"This car belongs to me but is titled in my father-in-laws name."
Guess what - it ain't your car then.
"The title is clear and in my possession"
But it STILL ain't yours
Also the "father-in-law" link takes you to the "South Beach Diet Online".
Beyond that, he seems to be fairly upfront with the ad. The front and rear caps do look odd though.

You would think he would have wanted to at least clean up the engine a touch and make the chrome sparkle.

The front nose on the car does not look right - The seems have been smothed out, but the front bumper seems to be to far in ?

That is not a 1979 body. Look carefully. I would say 1981.
