Default Had Some Brackets Plated (Pic)

This is the first time I have ever had anything plated. I should have taken some "before" pics, but did not think of it. Lets just say they were in pretty awful shape after 32 years on the car.

BTW, they are the AC Compressor support brackets.

Is that some kinda Klingon cloaking coating? :)

It was a regional pick-up sorta of thing. I think they did the work in Orlando. When I took the brackets in he told me 2-3 weeks. It took 6 weeks and the price was $125.00, but they are perfect.

Well worth the wait. So, will be putting everything back together next week. I think it will be a nice "extra touch." :)
